DELIVERY SERVICE
Botanical Beach Babes Los Angeles® shipments and deliveries are handled by USPS, UPS, and DHL (International).
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Confirmation is key, which is why our company requires signature upon delivery. Please make sure that you or an authorized individual will be present at your shipping address to accept and provide signature for the delivery. If no one is available to sign on your behalf, the associated carrier service will leave a notification so that a scheduled re-delivery can be arranged, or you can request to collect your package from the local pickup station.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For both free and paid deliveries, you will be responsible for any customs fees and/or duties should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will be charged for the cost of the original delivery plus the return shipping cost. In the case of refused deliveries, any refund made will be minus the total delivery plus the return shipping cost. Please make sure that you do not miss a delivery that can simply be avoided by signing up to receive text alerts at checkout.
