For Online Purchases:
All of our designs are limited-edition and featured on an international “Wait List” which means we will gladly exchange or refund your order within 10 days. Returns are ONLY accepted within 10 days of delivery and all items MUST be in saleable condition with all of the tags and sanitary stickers attached in its originally form. To return Botanical Beach Babes merchandise purchased online, fill out the return form, and send the package to the address provided below. Any returns made after 10 days will receive a store credit for any future Botanical Beach Babes merchandise.
Important Notice For International Orders: Regulations for import duties vary from country to country for purchases made online. Please be aware that Botanical Beach Babes will not be held liable for any fees, duties and taxes that may be applied to your order in case it is seized by customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded unless a product is delivered as a result of our error. For sanitary reasons please be sure to try on our swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn, soiled, and/or stained.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized prior to shipping back your merchandise. If you return an item without authorization, using your own U.S. shipping label, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Important Notice For International Returns: Unfortunately, Return labels are unavailable for international orders at this time.

What is the proper procedure to return an online purchase?
1. We accept merchandise purchased from BotanicalBeachBabes.com in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund. There is no ''restocking fee'' and return shipping is free for all U.S. orders. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! You have 10 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund. Please note all final sale items and skincare products are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 20% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we receive your return, our Management team will inspect the goods for quality control and issue your store credit within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate the valid reasons with you via email confirmation.
2. Pack and seal your merchandise securely in the original transparent Botanical Beach Babes package bag including all of the attached tags along with the completed Return Form.

4. When returning by mail, allow 5-7 Business days from the date of delivery to receive your refund or store credit. Store credit may be used only for purchases made at our online store www.BotanicalBeachBabes.com.
What are the Holiday returns? (Effective Nov 1-Jan 25, 2021)
All items must be in original condition with tags and protective liners attached along with the receipt. If you fail to receive a receipt, please contact our Corporate office at 310-443-4296 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm(pst). Thank you!
What items are returnable?
1. Items purchased in the last 10 days.
2. Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unscented, unwashed with tags and liners still attached.
3. Skincare products that are unopened and unused.
What items are non-refundable?
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Any used swimwear, beachwear, or skincare products purchased on sale, using a discount or promo code, or with store credit are also final sale.
